Arrival from Shanghai at T3 terminal at 11.10 and departure to Rome from T3 13.40

I have an Air China flight arriving in PEK T3 from Shanghai SHA at 11.10 and then I have a flight Air China departing from PEK T3 to Rome at 13.40 it is the connection time enough to transfer and to boarding on time? Will I need to collect and recheck my bags? I have to different ticket but the Company is always Air China.
