About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Korea to Guangzhou then Guangzhou to dublin via Vietnam and London

I will have a 3 week return flight from Guangzhou to Korea. Then 2 days later I will fly Guangzhou to Ireland via Vietnam and London . Am I eligible for the 72 hr transit free transit?
