About:China Visa on Arrival

short stay permint

I have a stop of 13 hours in Guangzhou on my way to Delhi, I have a hotel booking 25 minutes from the airport, do I need a short stay permit and how much do I pay?

The permit is free but whether you can get it is up to the immigration officer.
