I will arrive to pouting airport at 23:00pm. is there transport to kingswell hotel?

You must refer to Pudong Airport, right?
According to your landing time, you are advised to take airport shuttle bus night line and get off at East Yan'an Road Middle Zhejiang Road first. This bus will operate until 45 minutes after the last flight arrival. Then take a taxi to your hotel directly. The cab fare is around CNY40 at night.0
