About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Guam-Seoul-Biejing-Chicago?

Hi, I'm traveling from Guam to Beijing (12-hr layover in Seoul on the way) and then from Beijing to Chicago. Does this apply for the 144-hr visa-free transit?

That's OK as long as your Beijing-Chicago flight does not have a stop in Mainland China or South Korea.
