Guam-Beijing-Seoul-Xian-Guam?

Can I re enter china and use the 144 visa again? when I used it only a few days ago?

It is fine to use the visa waiver again after several days using it. However, for the mentioned route, you can only enjoy the 144h visa-free transit in BJ, because the policy has not been implemented in Xian.
