About:Beijing Transportation Smart Card

Hello, If I am getting the Shuttle Bus 3 from Capital Airport to the Beijing International Hotel

it shows the fare as 30CNY. If I get a Smart Card does that give a 50% discount on the shuttle buses also.

No, in fact, the smart card is not available in shuttle buses.
