Visa 144hr free

Hi boss. Travelling Dubai/Beijing (3days)/Xian (2days)/Rome (transiting in Dubai) is eligible for 144 free transit

Of course this is clearly not eligible for 144 hours free transit. First of all, Dubai-China-Dubai is not a transit. And furthermore, you have two stops in China which would limit you to 24 hours visa-free transit. You must get a visa or change your flights.
