Where can I buy a SIM card on Hongqiao airport? Is it recommended?

Or am I better off buying the SIM card in the city?

Sorry, I cannot find the exact place that sells SIM card in this airport. Maybe you can consult the staff when you arriving there. Or just puchase it in downtown area.
