About:Beijing West Railway Station

How long in advance be at station before departure

Hi, I am planning go last week of July, the same in the morning go to Balading Great Walk and in the evening (around 18:50) take the traing to Xian, at what time should I be at station? 18:30 is ok?

if you have the paper tickets, 30 or 40min would be better. If you are not familiar with the station, you need time to figure it out. If you need to collect the paper ticket first, it is surely better to reach there at least 1 hour in advance. There might a long queue for the ticket collection.
