Need to know Time taken to travel from International Terminal to Terminal 2

Can i know the time taken to travel from Harbin Airport International Terminal to Terminal 2 by airport shuttle bus? Does the bus depart on time? I land in the International Terminal at 7.25 am and I need to depart from Terminal 2 to Qingdao at 10.05 am with Qingdao Airlines.
