About:China Work Visa

Hi I am about to get my chinese work.permit in a week
I want to know what other documents I need to take along with work.permit.notice.

If you are going to the embassy to get the work visa, having all your documents approved beforehand;
1. Passport with more than 6 months and 2 pages on it - make copies of the passport
2. Medical report from China. If it isn't from China, the medical report needs to be notarized by the Chinese embassy. Photocopy and original.
3. Invitation letter
4. Work visa approval letter
5. Passport sized picture with white background
6. Application form
