using my Jw2 letter to apply for my student X in Cambodia but I applied it when I was in Ghana

Please , I am a Ghanaian passport holder and I applied for Jw2 letter when I was in Ghana but I am now in Cambodia for a month now and my admission letter is out now, can I use the letter to apply for chinese student X whiles I am in Cambodia and please if possible what are the necessary documents needed to add to apply for it,thanks
