Transportation from Laojie to OCT Bay

Hi,
I will be staying in Laojie, what is the best transportation to OCT Bay?
If I plan to go to Coco Park after OCT Bay, what transportation should I take? subway or taxi? How much is the cost?

Take subway line 1 to Qiao Cheng Dong and then walk southwest for several minutes to the bay.
To the park, you can also take subway line 1 to Gou Wu Gong Yuan and then walk south for 3mins to there.
