About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

hainan island (SYX phoenix international)

i donot need a visa for visit this island ( 30 days free entry) but do i need to book with a travel agent or i could travel individual sightseeing. because i read an article saying i have to book with an travel agents. May it was before this new rule before May 1, 2018 free entry.

Hi, if you want to apply for the 30-day visa-free policy in Hainan, you are supposed to book a tour from a Hainan travel agency. After received by the travel agency upon arrival, you can apply for the visa-free policy then.
