About:Chinese Embassy in U.K.

deliver visa application for someone else

I understand that the application can be brought in person to the chinese visa centre in London, without the need to make an appointment (the website is not working). However, can I bring my girlfriends application or does it have to be her.

Yes, you can submit the application on your girlfriend's behalf. She doesn't need to go there in person then.
