About:240-hour Visa-free Transit in Shanghai, Zhejiang, and Jiangsu

I'm a Dutch citizin and will fly from Amsterdam to Shanghai. 3 days later

I'll fly from SH to Bangkok. Do I qualify for a 144 hours transit without visa?
