Highspeed train from Wuxi- Hongqiao

Hi, can I buy wuxi-hongqiao ticket from Hangzhou station? if I am buying for foreigners, can I just bring copies of their passport?

Yes, it is ok. You can do it at Hangzhou, it does not have to be the departure city. Passport copy should work, but they need to have the original passports in hand when traveling.
