What are the requirements for me to do

Gd evening sir Mam... My HONGKONG employer are moving to Shanghai and they want to bring me along with them... Is that possible? And what should I do?

That's possible. You can ask your employer help you apply for a tourist visa. First, you need to provide copy of your passport, the application form, a passport-style photo, financial support proof, transportation and accommodation arrangement and travel itinerary. Next, go to the office of the commissioner of the ministry of foreign affairs of PRC in HK SAR to submit the application. Just for reference.
