Which is the best public transport connection from Kunming Airport

(arriving fr. Guilin late at 22:55) to Jin Jian Hotel 98, Beijing Rd. South (or is there no public transport at that time - and how to get there in this case / how much about is a taxi-tour for 2 persons)? Is it possible to buy ONE ticket for the total trip?
Do the trains to Dali depart at KM Railway Station or at North Railway Station?
