About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

144 hrs visa. It's that okay.

San Francisco to Hong Kong 10+ days and Hong Kong to Shanghai for 6 day. Shanghai fly to San Francisco but plane make 1stop in hong Kong for 3 hours .

It's not okay. Hong Kong - Shanghai - Hong Kong is not a transit, and obviously does not qualify for transit without visa. You either need a visa or you must change your flights.
