Age limit for entering Hongkong as a tourist

hello I'm from Philippines. planning to visit Hongkong by August. It's my mother's 79th birthday and my daughter's 5th birthday. it's my gift to them to travel to Hongkong. Is my mother still allowed to enter Hongkong at her age? waiting for your reply. thank you very much.
