About:240-hour Visa-free Transit in Beijing, Tianjin & Hebei

Is this "144 hours visa" just for toursim? or even for business?

My colleagues will fly to Beijing as per following scheluled
may 20 FLR-FRA-PEK
may 24 PEK-FRA-FLR
is that suitalble?

There is no "144 hours visa". There is 144 hours transit without visa, but your colleagues do not qualify for that, because Germany-China-Germany is not a transit. They must apply for visas in advance.
