About:China Great Wall

I will be hiking on Jinshaling wall and exit at the Simatai West exit of the wall.

I understand that there is a shuttle that I can take to Gubei Water Town. Is that correct? If so, how do I find the shuttle and how much does it cost? or should we take a taxi? If so, what does that normally cost? Thank you for your help!

If you mean the shuttle bus from Beijing to Gubei Water Town, yes, there is. The bus station in urban area is located on the north side of Dongzhimen transportation hub, in the bus yard of bus line 942, 855. It takes CNY 48 for a single trip.

No I mean a way to get from the Simatai west section to Gubei Watertown.

In fact, I didn’t find any shutter bus between the two places. However, most of people just choose to hike from Jinshanling to Simatai. The Gubei Water Town is near the Simatai and there is cable car available.
