Application 72 hour visa

I booked a flight from the Philippines to Beijing and another ticket from Beijing to Amsterdam. We have a 14h layover and want to apply for a 72 hour free transit. Is this possible? It is not the same ticket but we can show the flight ticket of from Beijing to Amsterdam.

You don't need a visa. You are eligible for 24 hours direct transit. Separate tickets are ok.
