Guangzhou to Shenzen

First hotel is near GZ East Railway Station and the second hotel near Futian Railway Station. But there is no direct connection between this two stations. You may take a high speed C type from East Sration to SZ Station, then take subway line 1 to reach Pingan Finacial Center area.
