About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

i am a netherlands and i am flying from cgk/hkg/pvg/cgk,can i enjoy the 144 hour twov?

Is cgk is a third country? If my itenerary are cgk/hkg/pvg/cgk?

Indonesia-Hong Kong-China-Indonesia is fine for 144 hours twov with a Netherlands passport.
