About:How to Travel to China without a Visa

I am a filipino a US resident I want to attend the shanghai expo

I am a US green card holder and I want to attend the Shanghai expo fair on July 11 to 13, do I need a visa?

Yes, you need. You can apply for a tourist L type for that.
