I live in Seattle, need a Chinese Visa to Shanghai on May 21 ,  I apply it in San Francisco Chinese Consulate and can I get my passport back in time to travel to Shanghai.

Hi, as I know, it usually takes four working days for the processing of Chinese visa. So if you make the application after preparing all right documents, you could get passport back in time to travel to Shanghai.
