About:China Visa on Arrival

landborder entry to China from Vietnam

We have Irish passports and are travelling to Vietnam would it be possible to go from north vietnam to China overland border and is there an option of VOA.

There will be zero options. You have to get a pre-arrival visa or forfeit your trip to Mainland China.
