About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Round Trip from Taipei to Beijing

I am flying on an American passport for a three-day round trip from Taipei to Beijing. Can I use the 72-hour visa?

There is no 72 hour visa. There is 144 hour transit without visa, but you aren’t eligible because you’re not in transit. You must get a visa in advance.
