About:144-hour Visa-free Transit in Beijing, Tianjin & Hebei

Hi! I will be traveling from the Netherlands to Bali and I will be stopping in Beijing twice.

The first time I will arrive in BJ on June 26th at 11:25 and leave on July 1st at 02:15. Then come back to BJ arriving on July 30th at 01:05 and leaving on July 31st at 13:30. Does this qualify for the 144-hour free transit visa? Thanks in advance for your reply!
