How long is the line?

Hello, I will be travelling from Seoul to Vienna, with 11 hours stop in Beijing- we come at 2:40pm . I am wondering how long the line for 72 free transit. If it is enough to pass the line, get the visa, leave the airport by train, do some sightseeing in city and then go back to the airport and make it for my flight at 2:00 am.
