Do I need to make an appointment in Den Hague for a tourist visa?

I have a ticket to fly for 2 weeks on 6 July Shanghai. I am 75 and cannot stand too long. Thank you.

If wishing to apply for a Chinese tourist L type from Den Hague, just go to the embassy to apply after you have all right documents. No need to make an appointment for that.
