I am from Malayesia ,Iam Bangladeshi, currently i am studing in Diploma program From Victoria International College, Malaysia. Recently my all paper accepted one technical vocational college for mechanical 2 yerars program .I want to apply for my student permit as soon as possible. I have the scan copy of Invitation letter from that institute, Student proof & valid Malaysia stay permit. May I know what else should I need to submit during my application & normally how long they will take to issue it? and this is possible for me from malayesia .Thanks.

Md, you need to provide the JW202 form given by Chinese college if you apply for X1. And the admission letter is required too.

Since you have resident permit for studying in Malaysia, I think you can apply there. However, it still depends to the consular officers. I can not guarantee that you can apply successfully.
