Arrival by SQ802 Singapore Airlines at Beijing Capital Airport

Upon landing, and after immigration do i need to take the train to claim baggage or the baggage claim is still within the building of T3. My guide or driver will be waiting for me. So is it after baggage claim, upon exit out of the arrival hall at T3, i can immediately meet the guide or must or must take the train.
The reason i asking because i saw the youtube video, someone is taking the train to claim baggage.
Please advice. Thks.
