How do I get from Hong Kong Airport to Harbour View Hotel via the train? What is the cost?

Train is not the best choice, anyway. You can take Airport Express to Hong Kong Station and change to Bus 788 to Wan Chai Ferry Pier, Convention Avenue. The hotel is in the west of the stop. It costs about 120hkd.
Or you can take Bus A12 to Immigration Tower, Gloucester Road and then walk northeast for 3mins to the hotel. The fare is 45hkd or so.
