The library is in 347 Xusheng Rd, New Binhai District. You can take a bullet train from Beijing South to TJ West Railway Station and then take subway.Take subway line 1 to Xinanjiao to change to line 2 to TJ Station. Then, take line 9 to Citizen Square and walk southwest for about 15mins to the library.
