Chongqing city center to Tiansheng No.3 Bridge?

Hello,
Are there trains or buses available that would transport me from city to the Tiansheng No.3 Bridge?

You are suggested to take a bus to Wulong from Sigongli Bus Station; after arrival, take a bus to Xiannv Town and get off at the tourist center of the scenic area.
