About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

72 hour free visa in Shenzhen and Guangzhou

I would like to visit the Shenzhen and Guangzhou areas for 3 days. What are the regulations for a free 72 hour visa or do I need to fly into Hong Kong and get 5 day VOA at Shenzhen port?

There is no free transit in Shenzhen, so you should apply for a visa for this trip beforehand. Or you can try to apply for a 5-day Shenzhen VOA, but it's not allowed to visit Guangzhou by using the Shenzhen VOA.
