About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

144 hour visa? Am I eligible?

I am a Dutch citizen and planning a business trip to Shanghai and was wondering if below trip was eligible for the 144 free transit
Amsterdam – Dubai (3hrs stopover) – Singapore (6 days stop) – Shanghai (5 days) – Dubai (3 hrs stop) – Amsterdam

Hello!
It`s possible Flight From Europe Direkt to SHENZEN,use the 144 Hours Transit Visa,leave Shenzen 3 day`s after to Thailand Bangkok after stop Over back to Germany? It`s more Comfortable i Think at The Via Hongkong Train MRT To Shenzen.
Please Inform me it`s possible get the 144 at SHENZEN Airport?

There is no transit without visa of any kind at Shenzhen.
