About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

72 hour visa?Can I use a 72 hour free transit?

I am from the Netherlands. Like to travel to Istanbul, stay there couple of days and then from Istanbul to Shanghai. Stay there for 1,5 day, travel back to Istanbul en thereafter back to the Netherlands.
