By train or bus ?

As I know, there is no bus at that time. Thus you are advised to find a hotel nearby the airport and go to Suzhou in the next early morning. Take airport shuttle bus to East Railway Station first. Then there are many bullet trains that can take you to the destination. Don't worry.0
