from holiday inn express dongzhimen to Beijing capital airport by airport shuttle bus

i am aware few airport shuttle bus stop by dongzhimen subway station but what happen if they are full? i have to wait for another 1 until has space available?
how often do they run?
where do i buy shuttle bus ticket from dongzhimen subway station to airport? are the seats guaranteed if i can get the tickets?
