z card of Hangzhou Public Transportation Card

1. CNY25 would be charged as maintenance fee when applying for D, T and Z Card.

Is it deducted from the deposit 200 CNY when the visitor return the card?

2.What is the opening hour of a refundable public bicycle service spot?

Yes, CNY25 is needed and you should pay that when buying the card. The service hours is 09:00-16:45.
