Bringing gifts (over RMB2000) like clothes, shoes, etc for family in Philippines & Hong Kong

From USA, we are stopping in Beijing for a little over 72 hours to visit Great Wall, etc before heading to Philippines then Hong Kong to visit families. Will they impose tax on those gifts for our families in Philippines and Hong Kong we are bringing “in” and then “out” of China when we leave?
