And returning to Hong Kong via Shanghai Pudong Airport on 11 Jan. 2018 ( 3 nights ). My questions are :1. Are the flight from / to Harbin normally on-time? Does the flight often be delayed / cancelled because of cold weather / snow storm?2. Will it enough time if we choose the flight from there to Shanghai at 09:20 / 13:55 by China Eastern Airlines arriving in Pudong terminal 1 then Shanghai - Hong Kong from Terminal 2 by Hong Kong Airlines at 18:10 / 20:55?3. What 4-5 stars hotels should we stay that the location is close to the Ice Festival? Or where is the Ice Festival?Thank you.

Well, due to the bad weather, the flights do delay a little often. Both of your transit time is enough!The festival is normally held in many places, among which the most famous one is Ice & Snow World. Near it is a Sun Island Garden Hotel, you may have a look!
