About:240-hour Visa-free Transit in Beijing, Tianjin & Hebei

I am mexican and I am going to take train from Ulambator to Beiging. Can I ask for the 144 h vis?

As I know, the Ulan Bator is not near the border of Beijing, so you need to enter the country from other city. The visa free transit policy can’t work in that case.
