About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Eliglible for 144 hour visa free transit?

I would like to fly Singapore - Shanghai - Hong Kong. However, the flight from Singapore to Shanghai has a 2h stopover in Hong Kong. Is this still ok?

It's not okay. You are supposed to apply for a visa for the trip Singapore-HK-Shanghai-HK.
