About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Round Trip from LAX to Bangkok

I am flying round-trip from LAX to Bangkok Thailand (via China Eastern Airlines), with a 4hr layover in Nanjing on the way there, and then a 21 hr layover in Shanghai on the way back. Can I exercise the 72 hr visa-free transit policy?

David, you are eligible for the 24 hr direct transit in Nanjing and Shanghai respectively, and no visa is required. Nice trip.
